We have an important message from our HOA President Al Mora. Here you will find a "Letter of Support" that will need to be completed by our Reston Community ASAP. "Doing this in no way obligates you to be a future customer of Mediacom. But this will help us show the State that we are worthy of their funding to get reliable internet in our community."

Please follow these steps:

1. Create an email and address it to AEM0001@Verizon.net
2. Submit line: Letter of Support, Reston Community of Havana, FL
3. Copy the text from "Letter of Support" PDF into the email and update the "Date, Name and all contact information" with your information.
4. Send the email to our HOA President Al Mora and he will forward it to our contact at Mediacom.

Reston will be holding a yard sale on 4/15/23 from 8am to 3pm. We will have an 8ft banner at the entrance. Also have multiple yard signs on nearby cross streets. There will be a tote board at the entrance to show total number of sales being held.

If you plan to hold a sale, please contact us through our Facebook Group. We would like to know how many homes will participate. Get your red ballon from our HOA President Al Mora. The HOA board will take out ads in local papers as well as post our event on FB Marketplace, Craigslist and Nextdoor.

Thanks to some of our residents and the HOA purchase of straw, our entrance sign has been refreshed and is ready for spring.  And, a new tree was recently planted.  ​
